Return Policy

We have carefully and mindfully curated a collection of products that we believe you will love for many years to come. However, if you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, we have a returns policy in place.
The Scouted co. will provide a full refund or credit note for all full price items that adhere to the below conditions. Any return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.

  • Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Item(s) must be unworn and returned in original condition.
  • All original tags must remain attached, original packaging must be intact and seals must remain unbroken (if applicable).
  • The following unfortunately cannot be returned; Perishables including food, skincare & supplements, swimwear, underwear and socks.
  • All ‘sale’ purchases are final and cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit, unless faulty as deemed by The Scouted co.
  • The Scouted co. reserves the right to reject any item(s) that do not comply with our conditions, and will return the item(s) to sender.

How to return an item;

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase in the form of your order confirmation number. Please email us at hello@thescoutedco.com.au with the following details;
1. Order number and item(s) you wish to return.
2. Reason for return.
3. Preferred outcome (online credit/exchange/refund)
You will then be notified via email if your return has been approved, and we will inform you of the next steps.

We recommend using a tracked postal service as unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any item until it reaches our warehouse.

Return FAQs

Can I return my item(s) in person to The Scouted HQ?
Yes, once your return is approved, please notify us that you wish to return in person and we can arrange a time.

What can I use as proof of purchase?

You may use your e-receipt tax invoice which has been emailed at the time or original purchase.

What if my item was damaged, incorrect or faulty?
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact us by emailing hello@thescoutedco.com.au. We will be happy to assist you with your purchase/gift.

Can I return a ‘gift’?
We hope every gift recipient of The Scouted co. will be happy with their item(s), however if this isn’t the case, please get in touch with us by emailing hello@thescoutedco.com.au as gifted items must be manually approved on a case-by-case scenario.

How long will it take to process my return?
Returns via post typically take between 2 to 10 business days to reach our warehouse, depending on your location. If you have used a tracked postal service, you will be able to track the delivery of your return via the Australia Post tracking number supplied.
Once your return has been received at our warehouse, it will be processed within 1 to 3 business days. Your bank may take a further 3 to 5 business days to clear the funds back into your account.
